How many scooters can be produced everyday?: In WuXi factory there are three production lines and can produce more than 2,000 pcs scooters everyday.

May I ask how long the delivery time is?: Delivery can be made within 30 working days after receipt of deposit.

What is the percentage of deposit required?: Usually 30% of the total amount.

How do you do after-sales service?: According to previous experience, because our quality is very good, there are few problems after sales. Key parts such as batteries, motors, and controllers are guaranteed for 2 years. If you would like to order wearing parts after mass production, we can provide a list of wearing parts for you.

Do you have a regional agent or a sole agent?: In some areas, we have an exclusive agent, which mainly depends on the customer's order volume. Generally, orders should not less than 3000pcs per year.

Can guests customize or use their own brand or LOGO?: Yes, we accept OEM.
